Ginger DELEO: An engineering division to provide unrivalled dismantling and deconstruction services

The Ginger Group has decided to create a new engineering division for urban deconstruction and industrial and nuclear dismantling. It will be one of a kind in France, bringing together a comprehensive range of technical skills: management of the rehabilitation of buildings or their life cycle termination, in both the real estate and industrial sectors; management of asbestos in occupied premises; and removal of asbestos, waste recovery, demolition study, coordination of deconstruction operations, stability calculations. It will also provide cutting-edge studies for the nuclear industry: regulatory compliance, radioactive waste treatment, radiation protection, nuclear safety.

This initiative was born from a growing demand by property administrators, in both the private and public sectors, for entirely comprehensive engineering services at close proximity, to take on their projects of urban or industrial transformation.

The subsidiary set up today answers this demand by combining the skills offered by the Ginger NUDEC engineering firms, experts in dismantling and in nuclear infrastructures, and those of Ginger CEBTP Demolition, experts in explosive demolition, mechanical deconstruction and vibration studies. The project thus brings together a staff of 70 people across ten establishments throughout France, whose technical expertise and installation skills are highly complementary. In order to carry out the project, a new brand has been created, under the umbrella of the Ginger group: Ginger DELEO.

The aim of this association is to keep up with increased activity and demand, particularly with regard to conventional and nuclear dismantling projects, and to export its technical expertise.
