Ginger acquires Josensi Consultant and reinforces its geotechnical division
Ginger Group, leader in prescription engineering in France, is continuing to grow in France by acquiring Josensi Consultant, a Charentais engineering consultancy.
Based in Rochefort, this company is specialized in geotechnical studies, has 10 employees and has a turnover of 1 million euros.
With their integration inside the company, the Ginger CEBTP branch network has now reached 39 locations, reinforcing at the same time the Group’s local outreach on Charente-Maritime and Poitou, as well as on onshore, port and offshore projects.
Ginger expands its offer on the French market, which represents around 90% of the business, after having created last September Ginger DELEO, its new engineering division for urban deconstruction and industrial and nuclear dismantling.
With this acquisition, Ginger is pursuing its expansion strategy, with the goal of reaching 200 million euros by 2020. To achieve this target, the Group is also accelerating the rollout of their international network, by a new buy-out to be concluded soon.
