With more than 50 years of experience in the construction sector, Ginger CATED supports all real estate professionals in their certification processes. Since 1 November 2007, our company has been accredited by COFRAC (accreditation no. 4-0084 - scope available on www.cofrac.fr) in accordance with the NF EN ISO/CEI 17024 standard.
Property Diagnostics Reports cover a wide range of technical areas and a number of major health and environmental risks. Asbestos, lead in paint, termites, electricity, gas and energy performance are all areas in which Ginger CATED certifies building technicians.

Its mission is to provide professionals with the support they need to become certified building inspectors. We are committed to ensuring that the skills of our certified personnel are continually upgraded and/or maintained.

Several examination sessions are organised for our personnel each month, both face-to-face and online, via a secure platform. We also plan and conduct hundreds of administrative and on-site inspections to ensure that the certifications we issue are fully compliant.
