The acquisition of a majority stake in the Canadian Groupe ABS, specialised in materials, geosciences and environmental engineering, marks a key step in Ginger’s international development as it establishes its presence for the first time in Canada. With some 700 employees and over 90 million Canadian dollars in turnover, ABS Group is a leader in Quebec in its fields of expertise. This acquisition aligns perfectly with Ginger's strategy of broadening its international footprint by building on existing, well-established expertise within the country.
