_Ginger supports access to employment

Philippe MARGARIT 2

"Ginger decided to create its endowment fund in 2019. Its purpose is to contribute to a fairer, more inclusive society by helping the less fortunate gain access to employment. The pillars that set the course for this endowment fund are:

•    Access to employment
•    Integration and changing attitudes to disability
•    Diversity as a source of wealth and performance
•    Commitment to women.

It supports non-profit organisations working to promote employment access and diversity within the company. It is also an opportunity for all employees to get involved by participating directly in these initiatives through the endowment fund. This solidarity-based approach is everyone's business, and it's important that the corporate world comes to grips with these issues to help move the social agenda forward"
