Project management for asbestos removal and demolition

As part of the total restoration of the former SCO site in Oissel, RETIA is carrying out asbestos removal and total demolition of the former nitrogen fertiliser plant.
Ginger DELEO is in charge of managing the project, including the design, execution and supervision of the works.

Project management for asbestos removal, dismantling and demolition using explosives

As part of an urban renewal project, the contracting authority, ICF habitat, intends to carry out asbestos removal, dismantling and demolition work on 198 dwellings on rue Gaston Monmousseau in Vénissieux.
ICF habitat opted for demolition using explosives and called on Ginger DELEO to provide project management services to organise and manage the operation.

Project management for asbestos removal work on a building

Following the increasing erosion of the coastline in the area of Le Signal building in Soulac-sur-Mer (department 33) and its closure by prefectoral decree on 29 January 2014, the D.D.T.M (Departmental Directorate for Land and Sea) for department 33 decided to carry out asbestos removal work on the building.
Ginger DELEO is initially involved in the study phase, drafting the technical documentation for the consultation and selection of contractors, and then in the work phase, supervising the asbestos removal work.

GOODMAN FRANCE has entrusted Ginger DELEO with a complete project management assistance mission for the cleaning, removal and conditioning for re-use, asbestos removal and selective dismantling of the logistics buildings located at 34 Rue Louis Armand in Villeneuve-Saint-Georges (department 94).

SPL ENSEMBLE has entrusted Ginger DELEO with the complete project management for the cleaning, removal and conditioning for re-use, asbestos removal and selective dismantling of several buildings located in the heart of Pantin (department 93).
The project involves the total demolition of 16 buildings and their surroundings, as well as all related works, such as securing and cleaning access, preserving neighbouring buildings and structures, and protecting people and the environment.
