_A committed team to support you in France and abroad

Luc BESNARD

"At Ginger Formation, there is one fundamental truth that cannot be ignored: technical training is one of the key strategic pillars for the sustainable growth and long-term success of any business. Enhancing the skills and expertise of teams has become imperative, and enables them to adapt to new technologies, to solve complex problems and to stay at the forefront of a constantly changing environment.

Training is also crucial for compliance with current standards and regulations, which enhances service quality and client satisfaction while reducing operational costs.

Lastly, it provides a solid foundation for promoting the professional growth of our employees, which fosters their personal development. We are convinced that investment in training is the foundation for a flourishing and prosperous future.""

"Since its creation in 2009, the Perspective Training and Research Institute has been part of Ginger SOFRECO's approach to contributing to sustainable economic and social development and capacity building in the public and private sectors, with a focus on ownership by the beneficiaries. Our mission is to sustainably improve the skills and knowledge of managers and decision-makers in developing countries, in order to drive change and enhance the performance of their organisations. Through our constantly updated training modules on contemporary issues, we capitalise on the know-how acquired by Ginger SOFRECO’s departments since 1976 through studies, consulting, technical assistance and engineering services. By sharing our know-how and best practices, we hope to generate change through the implementation of what we learn in our training courses in administrations and institutions, particularly on the African continent.

Beyond this training activity, we offer capacity-building services specially designed for our clients and partners, for example by analysing needs, drawing up training plans, defining profiles and positions or conducting institutional and organisational audits - to enable individuals and institutions to meet their challenges."
