Installation of a geothermal solution, Rueil Green Office

From the initial design phase of the project, Ginger was involved in defining a geothermal solution that would meet the strict environmental performance requirements of the project. An initial feasibility study resulted in a groundwater geothermal solution consisting of 4 boreholes, which would provide the majority of the heating and cooling needs for the project. The potential of the groundwater was then confirmed through a series of test boreholes. The installation was then completed as a turnkey solution with a performance guarantee for the entire system.

Installation of a geothermal probe system, Elancourt headquarters

As part of its environmental policy, the Ginger Group is taking various steps to reduce its energy consumption and carbon emissions. As part of this, the Group's headquarters is undergoing a major energy renovation. A geothermal probe system is being installed to meet the heating and cooling needs of the offices in Building D. This geothermal installation will also serve as a measurement platform, including an on-site data acquisition network.
This platform has a number of objectives:

To provide a network of measurements to demonstrate and analyse the performance of the system, its impact on the soil and foundations, and the relevance of the tools for sizing the needs of the building and the subsoil;
To provide a tool for testing different modes of operation and regulation of heating/air conditioning systems;
To provide a suitable venue for training;
To provide a site that can be easily accessed by visitors.

The AIRBUS Group project

Project management assistance: preliminary feasibility, feasibility, heat fund dossier and new energy technologies
Project management: geothermal technical package - designing the entire system (thermal studies, boreholes, hydraulic circuits, heat exchangers and heat pumps) and ancillary services (electricity, instrumentation and control, civil engineering, roadways and other networks, etc.)

Decentralised geothermal heat pumps with a system of 140 decentralised geothermal probes.
This installation comprises 3 buildings with a total floor area of 40,000 m².
