Paris, March 7, 2025 – The Ginger Group is proud to announce its selection as one of the winners of the Ukraine Fund, a program established by the French government to support Ukraine’s economic resilience. This initiative, with a budget of €200 million and managed by the Directorate General of the Treasury, aims to finance projects in strategic sectors such as energy, water, and health. The health sector allocation will finance seven projects, including the one led by the Ginger International/Ellipse Consortium.
The announcement was made today at an official ceremony attended by Yulia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Jean-Noël Barrot, Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, and Éric Lombard, Minister of Economy and Finance.
The project secured by the Ginger International/Ellipse Consortium consists of two main components: the modular construction of a pediatric rehabilitation unit for the Vinnytsia hospital and the renovation of an existing building into a rehabilitation facility in Ladyzhyn, with a total budget of €15 million.
A Concrete Commitment to Strengthening Ukraine’s Healthcare System
Amid the challenges posed by war, the rapid restoration of medical infrastructure is crucial to ensuring access to healthcare for the population. Thanks to the support of the Ukraine Fund, Ginger International and Ellipse Projects will mobilize their teams and expertise to complete this project within a maximum timeframe of 16 months. These rehabilitation services will enhance the quality of care and strengthen local hospital capacity to meet patient needs.
A Commitment Backed by French-Ukrainian Cooperation
This program is part of a broader framework of collaboration between France and Ukraine, supported by the Directorate General of the Treasury and the French Embassy in Ukraine. The French Healthcare association, of which Ginger is a member, plays a key role in connecting French healthcare sector players with reconstruction initiatives in Ukraine.
“We are proud to be among the 19 winners selected under the Ukraine Fund, an initiative that supports Ukraine’s reconstruction and strengthens Franco-Ukrainian economic cooperation. This project is fully aligned with our mission to design and implement projects, services, and advisory solutions that contribute to the reconstruction and development of the countries we support. We thank the French and Ukrainian authorities for their trust and reaffirm our commitment to the resilience of Ukraine’s healthcare system,” said Xavier LANNUZEL, Director of the Healthcare Division at the Ginger Group.
