Ethics and Compliance Policy
_The Ginger Group's Ethics & Compliance Policy
The Ginger Group has adopted an Ethics & Compliance policy aimed at guaranteeing its business integrity, strengthening stakeholder confidence and promoting a culture of responsibility at all levels of the organisation.
The policy is based on three complementary pillars:
- The Ethics Charter, which reflects the Group's fundamental values and sets out the principles of conduct expected of all employees and partners. It constitutes the foundation of our commitment to ethics, compliance with the law, transparency and responsibility.
- The Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct, which puts the principles of the Ethics Charter into practice in terms of preventing and fighting corruption. It provides a clear framework and concrete rules for identifying, preventing and dealing with situations of risk, such as corruption, influence peddling, conflicts of interest, gifts and invitations.
- The Internal Whistleblowing Procedure, which allows any employee or stakeholder to report, in complete confidentiality and without fear of reprisals, any incident that contravenes the law, the Ethics Charter or the Code of Conduct. This system guarantees protection for whistleblowers and ensures that reports are handled in a thorough and impartial manner.
Together, these three pillars aim to provide a consistent, clear and effective framework for responsible governance in France and internationally. Together, they form a concrete system for all employees and stakeholders, to support them in their daily decisions and conduct.
We are committed to promoting a culture of ethics and compliance at all levels of the company, strengthening the trust of our stakeholders and contributing to a fairer and more sustainable society.
