The Ginger Group is present in Southeast Asia through its subsidiary Ginger SOFRECO, which began operations in Africa in 1976 and diversified into Asia in the late 1980s, covering most of its areas of activity: engineering, industry, agrochemicals and fertilisers, mining, agriculture, economics and governance, energy, transport and infrastructure, environment, health, education and vocational training. In three decades of continuous presence in Asia, Ginger SOFRECO and Conseil Santé have completed more than 200 contracts financed by major international funding agencies.

With the establishment of a regional coordination office in South-East Asia, based in Vientiane, Ginger SOFRECO is committed to supporting and sustaining the development of its activities in the regions where the company regularly operates. The Vientiane office promotes the Group’s activities throughout the country, helps to identify opportunities and prepare service proposals, and assists head office in monitoring ongoing operations.
