The Ginger Group is active in Togo and West Africa through its subsidiary Ginger SOFRECO, which started operations in Africa in 1976 in the Ivory Coast, first in the sugar industry and then in the development of innovative technical processes for fertiliser production. Over the last few decades, Ginger SOFRECO has built up an impressive list of references in the region (Benin, Cameroon, Congo, the Ivory Coast, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Madagascar, the Central African Republic and Togo), consolidating its reputation as a trusted partner for major international funding agencies and public and private industrial operators.

With the establishment of a regional coordination office in Lomé, Ginger SOFRECO is committed to supporting and sustaining the development of its activities in the regions where the company regularly operates. The Lomé office promotes the Group’s activities throughout the country, helps to identify opportunities and prepare service proposals, and assists head office in monitoring ongoing operations.
